Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize databases using AWS services such as RDS, EC2, S3, Data Pipeline, DynamoDB, Redshift, Glue, Quick sight, Document DB.
- Design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards to support business
intelligence needs. - Visualize and analyze data for actionable insights.
- Work with ETL tools to design and execute data pipelines for integration and processing.
- Implement and maintain data warehousing concepts and solutions.
- Automate routine tasks using tools such as Jenkins, AWS Lambda, and Python.
- Optimize and tune database performance to ensure high availability and
scalability. - Handle the day-to-day operations of backend databases, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field (B.E. Computer preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in database development and management.
- Strong experience with at least one major database engine (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, etc.).
- Proficiency in T-SQL/PL-SQL with the ability to write complex queries, stored procedures, functions, triggers, and views.
- Knowledge of database design principles, including normalization, constraints, and indexing strategies.
- Experience in database performance tuning and query optimization.
Educational Qualification: BE/BTECH in computer Science or Master’s in Computer Science, or related field.
Years of Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with troubleshooting and resolving database performance issues.
- Experience with scripting languages such as Python or Bash for automation.
- Basic knowledge of cloud-based databases and their services.
- Exposure to data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or AWS Quick sight.
- Experience working with large-scale databases in a production environment
Educational Qualification: BE/BTECH in computer Science or Master’s in Computer Science, or related field.
